Raiders sign up normally....members/trials put themselves in queue. Raids close 12 hrs before raid starts.
Once the raid begins...if you are late you get put in queue and DO NOT take the spot of someone who was prepared on time...regardless of their rank in the guild. Punctuality is required so we end raids at a reasonable hour.
